A Meaningful Finale to a Year of Giving
Every journey leaves behind moments that stay with us long after the day ends.
On 28 February 2026, People10 Karuna came together for its fifth and final CSR initiative of the Financial Year 2025–2026, visiting Bless Society of Rural and Urban Development in Bengaluru. The visit marked not only the conclusion of another impactful CSR calendar but also a celebration of the compassion, commitment, and collective spirit that had guided every initiative throughout the year.
Having spent the year supporting education, healthcare, accessibility, and animal welfare, we concluded our journey by embracing another cause close to our hearts—empowering blind children and differently-abled individuals through music, nourishment, and meaningful human connection.
A Place Where Talent Finds Its Voice
Bless Society of Rural and Urban Development is dedicated to supporting blind children and differently-abled individuals by creating opportunities that nurture confidence, independence, and self-reliance.
Beyond providing care and education, the organisation encourages individuals to discover and develop their talents through skill-building initiatives that help create sustainable livelihoods.
One such avenue is music. For many children at the society, music is far more than an art form—it is a source of expression, confidence, learning, and hope for the future.
Witnessing this passion firsthand made it clear why this initiative held such significance.
Supporting Dreams Through Music
Every CSR initiative begins with understanding what truly matters.
During discussions with the Bless Society team, one requirement stood out—orchestra equipment that would allow the children to practise regularly, perform confidently, and continue building their musical abilities.
Until then, musical instruments often had to be rented, creating recurring expenses that limited opportunities for practice and performances.
Recognising the long-term impact this support could create, People10 Karuna contributed orchestra equipment that will now remain a permanent resource for the children.
More importantly, these instruments represent something far greater than equipment—they represent opportunity, confidence, and the possibility of building future careers through music.
A Day Filled with Music, Smiles, and Shared Moments
The visit soon became much more than a contribution ceremony. The campus came alive with music, conversations, laughter, and heartfelt interactions between volunteers, children, and staff members.
One of the most memorable experiences of the day was sponsoring and serving three wholesome meals for the children and differently-abled individuals at the facility. Sharing meals together created moments of warmth and belonging that reminded us how meaningful simple acts of kindness can be.
Throughout the day, volunteers spent time engaging with the children, listening to their musical performances, sharing conversations, and celebrating their incredible determination and talent.

For the children at Bless Society, the orchestra equipment represents more than instruments—it creates opportunities to practise consistently, perform with confidence, and develop skills that can open doors to future employment and financial independence.
Knowing that this contribution could reduce the organisation’s recurring expenses while enabling long-term growth made the initiative especially meaningful. It reminded us that empowering individuals often begins by investing in their passions.
Closing the Year, Continuing the Journey
As we concluded the final CSR initiative of the financial year, one thought stayed with us:

From classrooms filled with eager young learners, to hospitals where lives were saved through blood donation, to organisations championing accessibility, animal welfare, and now music-driven empowerment, People10 Karuna has continued to grow with every experience.
Each initiative has reinforced our belief that compassion is most powerful when it creates opportunities for others to learn, heal, grow, and thrive.
While this visit marked the close of the FY 2025–2026 CSR calendar, it is far from the end of our journey. It is another reminder that every act of kindness—whether shared through education, healthcare, inclusion, care for animals, or the gift of music—has the power to inspire hope and transform lives.
